We put in the work required to get you ranking high in the Google search results.

We provide a call answering service to engage the customer (80% of callers don’t leave a message and just ‘move on’ to call a different business). We take some details and pass them onto you to call back, answer any questions and arrange a quote. These details and all email enquiries are only passed to you.

You pay us a fixed pre-agreed price for each new enquiry our marketing receives: if all the marketing we do for you generated no new enquiries then you don’t pay us anything!

There is no catch – BUT there are some expectations we have of all the businesses we promote:

 

We’re building our brand to mean that customers can trust us to promote to them a business that cares about their own reputation, customer satisfaction, their reliability and the quality of their work.

 

To us this means that the business we promote makes some basic promises in its’ marketing on our website; and KEEPS those promises.

 

It also means that all the businesses we promote stick to our 4 basic rules:

1: Do what you say you will do.

2: When you said you would do it.

3: The way you said you would do it.

4: For the price that you said you would do it for.

All customers are asked for feedback after a job is completed, and this feedback is displayed on the website we promote you on to help searchers know they have found a business they can trust and to help encourage even more new customers to use your business.

However we do realise that misunderstandings do happen, and those cases all we expect is that issues are resolved in a timely and mutually satisfactory manner. Customer feedback is invaluable for helping conscientious business owners improve their offerings to futures customers; however: if any business consistently receives below a 4 star rating, or repeat criticisms of the same issue; we will have to cease promoting them to cease tarnishing our brand.

 

To be able to provide this risk free marketing service to you we also require:

  • Two trade references.
  • Three customer testimonials (which we can use to promote your business).
  • Copies of two monthly bills showing your trading name and address.
  • Proof of current public liability insurance.
  • Proof of any accreditations and memberships.
  • A signed letter of agreement stating that you will honour all the promises and statements made in our promotion of your business (we may be willing to alter what these are for your business: but once agreed they need to be adhered to).
