To help customers easily find a quality reliable business they could trust
Whenever I searched online to find a local business I had absolutely no idea whether I was choosing a business that actually did what it said in its marketing; or whether they were just saying what I wanted to hear so they could get money from me.
A decade ago people used to choose a business blindly out of the local newspaper or yellow pages: I can’t believe that now we have so much information at our fingertips most people still have to choose a business blindly: they just get to look at more pictures and sales ‘blurb’ on the businesses’ website first!

To help quality reliable business find more new customers
I’ve owned several local businesses and I got into marketing over 20 years ago because I was fed up with keep paying money for expensive marketing that never brought me anywhere near the number of new customers the sales people always promised but never guaranteed.
We are an ethical business and I would not be comfortable making non-guaranteed empty promises to businesses that have better things to spend their money on than marketing that doesn’t deliver a worthwhile return. Just a few years ago marketing was A LOT simpler than it is today; there are now so many ways to market a business online that local businesses are seen as ‘easy targets’ by most marketing companies.
Because 97% of consumers are online, businesses that don’t get a good online presence find it an ever increasing struggle to find new customers: even the best businesses. Many local businesses can’t afford to ‘throw’ money at marketing that won’t work: that’s where we try to help.
